Transcript Request

To request an official transcript of all courses you have previously completed with Logos Christian College and Graduate Schools, please complete the following form.

Note: All financial obligations must be met before transcript(s) will be released.  The cost for each official transcript  is $8.00,  each unofficial transcript is $5.00. Official transcripts can only be issued to colleges, universities or employers. Unofficial transcripts can be issued to individual students.
